1. Who we are

BoostLLMs is a SaaS platform operated from Tallinn, Estonia.

2. Scope of service

BoostLLMs provides an AI readiness audit service for websites. The service includes:

• crawling and fetching user-submitted URLs;
• analyzing fetched content with AI models;
• generating scores, diagnostics, recommendations, and code snippets;
• delivering audit reports in your account.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To use account-based and paid features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

• You are responsible for account security and credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must keep account and billing data accurate and up to date.

4. Credits, fees, and billing

BoostLLMs uses a credit-based model for audit runs and related processing.

• Credits are purchased in advance or included in your plan.
• Credits are consumed when an audit or paid processing action is initiated.
• Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase.
• You authorize Stripe to process charges for applicable fees and taxes.

5. Refund policy

• Used credits are non-refundable.
• Credits already consumed for processing are final.
• Unused credits are generally non-refundable unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
• If EU/EEA withdrawal rights apply, statutory exceptions for immediate digital service performance may apply once you request execution and credits are used.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

6. User instructions and submitted URLs

You remain solely responsible for URLs, instructions, and processing requests submitted through BoostLLMs.

7. Scraping authorization and legal warranty

By submitting any URL to BoostLLMs, you represent and warrant that:

• you own, operate, or have explicit legal authorization to crawl, scrape, fetch, analyze, and process that URL and its content;
• your instruction does not violate law, contract, third-party rights, or platform restrictions you are not authorized to override;
• you have provided required notices and obtained required permissions for personal data processing connected to your requested audit.

You acknowledge that BoostLLMs acts only on your command when processing submitted targets.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use BoostLLMs to:

• process data unlawfully;
• violate privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
• probe, attack, overload, or disrupt systems;
• submit URLs you are not authorized to analyze.

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations.

9. AI-generated outputs disclaimer

Audit outputs, including scores, recommendations, and generated code snippets, are produced by artificial intelligence and automated systems.

• Outputs are provided "as is" and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contain hallucinations.
• Outputs do not constitute legal, SEO, cybersecurity, engineering, tax, or professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

10. Third-party services

BoostLLMs uses third-party providers, including Stripe, Supabase, Firecrawl, Resend, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and Vercel.

11. Intellectual property

BoostLLMs and its software, branding, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights in content and instructions you provide, and grant us rights needed to provide the service.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, if use creates legal or security risk, or for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Clauses that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostLLMs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU and Estonian law:

• BoostLLMs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
• BoostLLMs aggregate liability for claims arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to BoostLLMs in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoostLLMs from third-party claims, losses, and costs arising from URLs or instructions you submit, your breach of these Terms, or unlawful or unauthorized processing requests.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Courts of Tallinn, Estonia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
