Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BoostLLMs (the “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BoostLLMs is an AI Readiness Intelligence platform that audits websites for visibility in AI search engines (including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and others), generates JSON-LD schema markup and llms.txt files, and delivers structured data to your live site via a JavaScript snippet hosted on Cloudflare CDN.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Pro features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Plans, Billing, and URL Credits

The Service offers a Free tier (1 domain, 1 Quick Scan per week, 50 URL credits per month for schema generation, 1 llms.txt regeneration per month) and a Pro tier ($19/month per domain, 100 URL credits per month, additional URL packs at $10/month per 100 credits).

A URL credit equals one URL processed for one operation (a Pro Scan crawl of a page, or one schema generation pass on a page). Monthly credits do not roll over. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe; you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial periods are not offered except as required by applicable law.

5. Domain Ownership and Lock

The first user who installs the BoostLLMs JavaScript snippet on a domain's HTML header becomes that domain's owner within the Service. Once a domain is locked, no other user account may generate schema, install the snippet, or otherwise claim that same domain. You represent that you have authority to install the snippet on any domain you add to your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Scan, audit, or claim domains that you do not own or are not authorized to manage on behalf of the owner.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by BoostLLMs and protected by applicable IP law. You retain ownership of the websites and content you submit for scanning. We retain ownership of generated schema markup, llms.txt files, and audit outputs only insofar as they are derivative software artifacts; the underlying public content of your site remains yours.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice for paying users where feasible.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (CDN), Supabase (database and authentication), and certain web crawling and content-extraction services. Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that scan results, schema generation, or remediation prompts will produce specific business outcomes (including search engine rankings or citation rates).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, but the JavaScript snippet may continue to serve previously generated schema at Free-tier limits.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants additional rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
